Asharqia Chamber sends you its warm regards and informs you that it has received a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union with reference number (45101069) and dated (6/3/1445 AH). The letter refers to a letter from the Ministry of Finance with reference number (8698) and dated (5/3/1445 AH) regarding the approaching end of the fiscal year (1445/1444 AH) (2023 AD). The Ministry of Finance aims to complete the annual closing of the state's general accounts according to the approved plan.
After enabling the private sector to submit financial claims on the "Etimad" platform, following the fulfillment of all regulatory procedures and requirements, the Ministry would like to notify that the deadline for submitting financial claims on the "Etimad" platform will be at the end of Thursday (11:59 PM), November 30, 2023 AD. Claims that do not complete the necessary procedures and regulatory requirements will be returned to their originators.
